A French Bulldog, a full-time greeter, and the reason this place has the name it does.
Bean is a real French Bulldog, not a costume or a logo brought to life — and he's every bit as much a fixture here as the espresso machine. Some mornings he's at the door when it opens. Other days he's claimed the coziest chair in the house and isn't giving it up. He's a little grumpy, entirely lovable, and the first thing most first-time visitors ask about.
The whole cottage carries a bit of his personality — French Bulldog decor in the corners, his photo on the wall, merchandise with his face on it. This is genuinely his house. We just serve the coffee.

Leashed dogs are always welcome, indoors and on the patio. Come say hi.
